1. Definitions

2. Ordering and Payment

- The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, and workmanship defects.
- Furniture Mall will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
